New contract..cant recieve any calls

My boyfriend took out a contract for me two months ago..i still cant recieve any calls from vodacom numbers. i have reported this instore 4 times already. everytime the ladies try to help me by logging a call... then 3 days later i can recieve calls for a few days and then again i can't
this happend 4 times already... now being the fith time. i have been with vodacom all my life..i get a mtn contract as a gift and i cant recieve calls from any of my family menbers or any vodacom number. this is the worst service i have ever recieved from any company whatsoever.i expect this service to work in full as it is paid for.
