Rowena Bishop is a rude woman who has no integrity or courtesy for her employers.

She offers a service to book appointments for our company and does not follow through with them. Her appointments are either fake or of no quality yet she expects payment.

Her service delivery is pathetic and then chooses to swear and threaten because the company chooses to use someone else after giving her ample opportunity to rectify thr situation.
