I had an issue with a phone I wanted from Cell C. To cut a long story short, I was contacted by Neal from Cell C the Glen who organised me the phone I was looking for. Both Neal and Natasha were very helpful and patient in setting up the phone and completing all the paper work necessary. They were quick, efficient and even completed a sim swop free of charge... twice. Amazing service and thank you.
