How can a claim take this long

My phone was on the 15/06/2013, I reported it 16/06/2013, since then me and Cell C Kolonnade are trying to get this claim sorted out. It is 21/06/2013 and still NOTHING has been done. I wanted a phone replaced by today and they have not even escalated my case to the C Cover department. The new CEO of Cell C Allan Knot Craig, how can Vodacom sort their stuff out in 1 day but Cell C clients have to wait 5 days and the case has note even been escalated to a consultant in C Cover. I am a mother home alone this weekend without a phone because Cell C just doesn't care about their customers. They are quick enough to take your money every month but as soon as the client needs assistance they just do not care. All my paper work is with the C cover department, I just want this to be sorted out!!! And have a new phone before this day is over!!!
