No feedback/response on claim

I sent in a claim to c-cover on 24 jan 2013, my phone has been, and i am insured with cell c, i have sent all neccesary paperwork requested, i phone everyday to find out how far is my claim, up until today nothing has been done, its nice to pay for insurance and then sit without a phone for weeks weeks, nobody gets back to me, i wait on hold for hours for customer service to answer, then when they do..nothing. i am pretty sure im not even goign to see a replacement phone with the way things are going, ive only ever had problems with cell c, from the moment the contract was taken out more than a year ago up until today:( everything of theirs is bad, bad in store service, bad customer service, i just want to cancel this contract, and get rid of this unnecesary stress, they dotn know what service is.
