My faith restored

I walked into the Nashua offices with my bank card ready to cancel my contract that I signed up for on Tuesday. I was assisted by Tshiamo and his manager (Yeog- don't know how to spell her name). The service that I had received from the agent at the vodaworld branch was appaling and left a lot to be desired as he just blatantly told me he is not going to argue about R2. Faced with a client who was ready to cancel the contract Tshiamo handled the query in such a professional and efficient manner. Tshiamo could teach the vodaworld agents a thing or two. Good on you Tshiamo you rocked!!! Like I said petition for that R100, LOL.
