The worst client service I ever experienced! I gave my 2 month old Blackberry in for repairs 2 weeks ago, please not it is still under warranty!! I received a sms from MTN on Tuesday - that my phone has been repaired and is ready for collection. Yesterday I went to MTN after standing in a line for almost 45 min - I got helped by a very unfriendly and unhelpful consultant. All she said to me was sign here and sign there, She gave me the box with the phone in - when I got home to start up my "repaired phone" I only saw that is was not repaired - still in the same condition with a repair report from MTN to say its damaged beyond repair. I bought my phone December, it is still under warranty according to me it should be replaced. Customer service should include explaining to you r customer if or if not there was any repairs done.!!! I am changing networks as soon as possible. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE!!!
