Telkom Utter Waste

We are running a business and calls are imperative, has sales come through calls. We have logged numerous calls since December of last year and yet no one has done anything about it. We wait through the operator 30 mins at each time. Which takes out time from work. We asked for a quote only to get thrown back and forth by someone. This is seriously unprofessional and lack of customer care.
