Vodacom ripping me off (BIS bill 4 IPhone??)

Vodacom has been taking funds from me for a service that I do not subscribe too. I have been on an IPHONE package yet they are billing me for BIS which is a Blackberry service and not an IPHONE service. I logged this issue with them on the 31st of January and to date I am yet to receive concrete feedback about what they are doing to rectify this issue. My simple request would have been an acknowledment on their end. Especially considering the fact that the people at the helpdesk who I have been speaking too have told me that they can see that I have been charged for BIS from day one since I have been on the IPHONE package. I am yet to receive an apology for this mistake, or feedback that my funds will be refunded. I am appalled at the service that I am receiving from Vodacom. And even though I have been with them for many years, I will certainly be looking for a better service provider who will not be my money unnecessarily.

How can you assume that you can continue billing me for BIS when the phone I use does not utilise this functionality. Since when is it s clients responsibility to tell you what service offerings you provide on the packages you sell? Disappointed!
