Billed for an Unknown Account

I just got a call from some lady named Rizwanah From Trace on line saying Apparently I have and Account with Telkom and its in arrears, When i asked her for the ID Numbers on that account She mentioned mine, She Mentioned my name and Surname, When I asked her for an addresss she said 52 Davias Street Doornfontein Which is not My address ive never even live anywhere near doornfontein. the Referrence number she gave me was TK0003493, I need proof that this Is my contract As i dont remebr signing any contracts with telkom, i dont even have a land line, This lady from Trace on line she Doesnt want to give more information on this, I suspect Identity if telkom says I owe then they need to give me enough proof, Contract where i signed. Its these kind of thngs that can a person off. TELKOM PLEASE SORT THIS OUT
