I REQUESTED A NEW CONTRACT INSTEAD YOU HAVE UPGRADED AN EXSISTING CONTRACT WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR! NOW YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME R450 FOR A SWOP WHEN THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!!! CAN A MANAGER, OWNER OR SOMEONE WITH SAY IN THE COMPANY PLEASE CONTACT ME NOW OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!!! THIS COMPANY JUST WANTS YOU TO PAY IN EXTRA EVEN THO THEY ARE IN THE WRONG!!
