The "first" 1000 new customers had a chance to receive a package that's R120 cheaper a month for a 2Mb line. While all the existing clients get no benefits, but have to pay R99 more for the same benefit. And if you supersize u get a better contention ratio?! Is Cybersmart so desperate for new customers that they forgot about their existing clients?

Then we had to phone the call centre to re sync the line to 2Mb don't u want to give people the speed your web site displays, must everyone phone to re sync there lines?? And your invoice for February still says we must pay the old price and not the new price your website displays??

Why should existing clients stay with Cybersmart? And a 2Mb or 4Mb line will never use near 1Tb of data in a month during just 12:30am and 7am if you supersize.
