16 January 2014 I was told my complaint was being reviewed. Apologies for inconvenience caused.

7th February I still have not heard anything... No money in my account yet.

I WANT my money... Unless I need to initiate legal proceedings to get it, which I will gladly do.

What is it that is being reviewed when i've had multiple conversations over one matter? it's taken them a year just to cancel an upgrade I never requested. Now will it take another year to return my money???

I want my money back... Don't give me apologies, no matter how 'sincere' they may be... Just give me my money, unless I can pay my remaining contracts with sincere apologies too.
