I contacted the Nashua Mobile call centre on the 24th of January 2014 in order to arrange for the cancellation of debit orders and to arrange to pay by EFT every month. I was told that this was not allowed. I insisted that I will not be bullied by them and was told that an accounts department representative would call me to arrange this. They still have not called me. In the meantime I paid the full amount owing according to the statement on the 29th of January 2014 via EFT, only to find that they attempted a debit order which was returned by my bank at a cost of R125-00. They then locked the phone's on the 5th of February. Today I received a statement showing that they are charging me a further R72-00 for returned debit order after I specifically requested them to cancel, and the phone's are still on soft lock.
