Cell C wrongly blacklists me on ITC

please assist,
i have been to a bank over the weekend to apply for a loan, this loan has been declined due to my insufficient affordaility. For which i could not understand. I requested a detailed ITC listing from the bank. Upon viewing it i noticed Cell C showing a balance of R99453, This took me by surprise because my CellC account is R175 R105 a month and i only have 5 months remaining for my 2 year contract... This incorrect amount submitted to ITC by CellC is highly incorrect.
