EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE RECARDING TERMINATION OF ACC

Been trying since end Oct 2013 to rectify my account. Due to lack of service I decided to terminate my acc and I have been with MTN since my business started. I decided to keep my number and migrate to prepaid as from 1st Nov 2013.After our letterhead was handed in exactly 1 month prior stating the above my phone still worked and I went in to Montague Gardens branch enquiring about it. They then said they did not have my letterhead on file. I was furious and the assistant (Jackie) agreed they would refund me for extra used. I've had endless visits to Montague Gardens branch from the sales staff, promising to respond, of which only I did and was awaiting a reply from Simone the manageress. When I upgraded the lady at Cape Gate branch advised me to change to the package I was using, as it be cheaper in the long run, but in fact my bill increased significantly and I could not get any feedback from them at all. I then put a stop order on at FNB and I want to pay MTN, but not until they sort my account. I'm now getting a bad ITC credit record and incurring additional banks charges, etc They then said they could put me on a cash payment basis instead or a debit order only to be told aft
