JUST HORRIBLE

I took out a contract in Jan and requested 1 gig data extra a month aswel as insurance, just called head office after finding out im being billed over R1000 for data only to find out Charmaine never loaded my request for my 1 gig data or my insurance, My R10 000 phone is uninsured this whole time without my knowledge and my bill is over R2000 because of her silly mistake, she also promised me a free car charger after a month waiting for her call i went there and she took my number and said she will call me for collection and im still waiting??? Does these advisors go for any training??? they are so incompitent!!!
