Vodacom Portal issues and nobody wants to help

When I log in to the vodacom portal I am unable to link a new number to my primary number. When I try to create a separate account for the new number it says I must log in and link it to my primary number. I made vodacom aware of this issue 6 months back, and did so again on the 29th of January. They are full of promises to phone me back with regards to the issue within their 48 hour policy but did not do so. Since Monday I have been phoning them to get feedback but they keep on promising me they will phone me back shortly without doing so. I don't know what I must do to get service!!
