I complained about a case, got a very apologetic message back, with promises of investigations and feedback - on 3 February. Still no feedback!!! Begin to wonder about the abilities of Vodacom??? If they don't reply before the end of today (7 February) I will have to take legal actions - and they will be responsible for all the financial expences as well.
