I have phoned 808 tonight and as i am typing this message i have been holding for an hour already waiting for someone to answer the phone! This is absolutely disgusting service. This is also not the first time i've had this problem. I have 3 accounts with them and pay them R 939.00 every month and this is the kind of service i receive?!!!
