Under false pretenses

I heard via my family about an offering from [URL Removed] I looked at the site and ordered the Mifi LTE modem for R2690.00m, which I chose the payment via debit order. I also took a package of 5 5 gig, which also I chose to pay via debit order. The next day I received an email on both orders claiming the debit order failed, which was never even attempted on my account as per my bank. I called and eventually had to call the CEO Gian Visser's office before someone took notice that it is [URL Removed] that is at fault and then I was given the information to do an EFT payment. This i did for the amount of the modem and the package. Today I received and update that my sim card is being send via courier. I spent 3 hours getting no where trying to find out about the modem. It seems now very clear that I was sold something that [URL Removed] never had in stock. This is a service provider and since I learned of a very unique criminal charge, especially in this instance, it is under false pretenses. [URL Removed] took my money and now avoids me. So I have no other option than to lay the charge tomorrow morning and have the law run its course. Good luck to the CEO as he is responsible.
