I've never NEVER in My life had such pathetic service than What I'm getting now. I've gotten a new contract but they did not give me the " 924mb" data with. For 2 months I struggled to get this sorted out. Yesterday
They phoned Me and Say they will be correcting the account because they found the problem. Today they I get an SMS that they Migrated Me to Easy chat 99 cents for Real. I lost all the Talk time, SMS and Data I gathered. I'm sitting each day for half an Hour and more on the Phone to try and sort this out. I cannot BELIEVE this kind of service. This is BEYOND Pathetic. My initial request was for and I quote " on Straight Up 100 You get 100 Minutes, 100 sms's/mms's 100 mb 924mb Data" this came with a Galaxy S4 for 389 pm x 24.
