My phone was booked into your branch the 3/1/2014.Your report as per your screenshot:

It is now the 6th February, why am I still waiting if it was invoiced the 31st already? Surely you should see that a unhappy customer gets their phone back ASAP? Why am I still paying and waiting for something I cant use?
