No answer at call centre or replies to emails

Good day

My post to the MWEB Facebook page refers:

"I have been trying to get through on 087 700 5000 for the past 30 minutes without any luck. Besides wasting my time, I had to listen to the most awful song playing in repeat mode!
If somebody could please be so kind to just pick up a phone and contact me? My email reference which I received on Tuesday morning is
Case CAS-2373028-R0YZCV"

Why can't somebody contact me directly on my cellphone or just have the decency to reply to my numerous emails?

It is a complete waste of time and money (especially when you phone from a cellphone, like me) to get through to the call centre.

Please can somebody address this matter urgently?
