I have been scamed

I have been by a member of cell c team. Let me start from the beginning so i can explain. This month cellc deputed my account three times which is odd because I have only one contract with them so I called thinking it a mistake on their part. Only for me to be told that I have three contracts and two new phone have been sent out. I went to my local cell c shop and they provided me with a print out of the sale and who autherised it. No one from cellc has even bothered to call me or even acknowledge my complaint. I will be seeking legal advice.
