Good morning

I have a problem and would like assistance on my blackberry 8520/ went
in for repairs the screen turned white on the 5/09/13 job number 9088539
I received a refurbished phone I paid R855. I was not told there is no warranty on this phone hence
the cost which I accepted. In the mean time while my phone was in for repairs my company lent me a phone. In December the company ask for the loan phone back and I said it was fine as I had received my blackberry
back well to my suprise When I inserted my sim in the device came on but it gave same. I then took it back to
Vodacom on the 30/12/13 job number 9504289 I explained the whole story
I then received a sms informing me I must pay R855 again for the same
problem. Now please tell me how can this be possible?
I never used this phone between 5/9/13 and 30/12/13 which i know you can
check. Is this fair to pay twice for the same thing. Please advise
Please note that our exchange unit have 3 months warranty therefore your exchange unit was collected on the 05/0Hi Thato. I collected my phone on Sunday and customer service checked the phone was put on the 28/12/13 at 10h00 and by 14h00 it was off so no use also on paperwork no w
