Sim Swap

So on the 20th of August I phoned in to get a sim swap done to a micro sim for a I-phone. I was told that it will be done within 2 to 24 hours. I phoned back twice after that, the 22nd and the 27th. The last call on the 27th I spoke to a lady called Patience. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and still the sim swap has not been done!!!
