My previous complain i was told the phone is fixed

The phone is at the shop but still not working called Rian on monday to confirm need a replacement phone because seems like you technician don't really know what they are doing cause the whole reason i took my phone in is bacause of a faulty battery an overheating please get one of your consultant to call me.
