I had two Vodacom accounts that I never even used. I faithfully paid over the two year contract period but noticed that debits were still made from my account way after the contracts had expired. I called them to make sure this was stopped immediately.
I am in the process of buying property and to my shock, when I got my credit report from TransUnion, Vodacom has been expecting payment from me all this time and I'm accused of not honouring a contract that expired and I cancelled in October 2013.
I have been referred from call centre to call centre for almost 45 minutes now and still have no help.
