OVERCHARGED AND NO HELP FROM ANYONE

I have been overcharged almost every month - I was supposed to be on a TopUp 350 with no surprises and if you can have a look on my account, I have been debited extra amounts of money for no apparent reason. Nobody from Nashua Mobile has been able to help me with this - the first person I dealt with was a lady called Tenielle Solomon who has since left the company - the majority of communication was with her. Since then, I have also been handed over to Meaghan Hoods (who I think has also left), another guy Wendel Ramdin and finally - Jessica Naude.

Let me just make it clear that nobody has been able to help me - I set up this contract on the basis that it was a FIXED fee and that there would be no surprises at the end of every month... my statements are a complete mess - AND although it appears that now I'm being debited the correct amount... I have had ZERO compensation for the past 2 years of hassle, I am STILL owed money which Nashua Mobile has incorrectly debited off my account... and I do not know what to do. This matter needs to be escalated to a senior member of staff who can deal with this problem and reimburse me for the FULL amount of money which I am owed.
