I have to date not recieved a statement after having requested it be emailed to me 5 times then I recieve a test statement today promising my actual statement will follow shortly aaaand... I am still waiting yet when checking my bank statement I have been billed 1028 rand... 200rand more than what I was told in store. If vodacom is really doing so well that they can throw customers away then rather put a sign in your stores and stop from and wasting our time. To make matters worse I am now going to wait a week before a receive any feedback whatsoever...
