I purchased 100 megabyte bundles which got depleted without me using any internetservice when I tried to get answers none of the consultants I spoke to could help. I then loadedmore bundles the same thing happened, after speaking to six consultants I got transfered to the manager whom told me that there was nothing he could do. I'm losing money with the service provider and no one is helping me. I use my mobile for work receiving and sending emails but now I'm stuck because everytime I load bundles they disappear without any explanation.
