Are things really that bad MTN?

Honestly MTN, are things really that bad that the coffee machine in the customer support area at your Summit Road store had to be removed?
I do understand that customers are really not nice people and some of them may actually have more than one cup of coffee/tea/etc, but hey, sometimes we do have a long wait and the odd cuppa does help ever so slightly.
However I do understand that the billions made in profit every quarter could be seriously affected by these free coffee's etc, so I completely understand your reluctance to provide this amazingly expensive beverage, even though occasionally it tasted as if the coffee beans had, some time ago, given up the ghost and decided to simply there and pretend to impart a modicum of flavour.
Oh, and no, as it has been removed for in excess of 2 months now, the excuse " It has gone in for a service" really does not ring true.
Ok, I've had my say, and feel better.
