Our Telkom lines never even goes one whole month without the line not working. We have laid countless complaints, done everything a customer can possibly do, with no improvement. Last time I spoke to a manager at the head office who just told me "to deal with it" because apparently we are in a rural-ish area and good service is not applicable on us. I mean, what type of answer is that??? In only one day, I wasted R200.00 airtime on this goddamn telkom customer service lines, with no answer at the end of the day??? Totally and utterly tired of this system.
Please help, we need to have a telkom line at our office, since we do not have any cellphone reception. We cannot run a business without the necessary telkom line, which is basically never working, and for which we pay a great deal of money.
