Waiting on the line for over 1 hou

I've been trying to cancel my existing line for the past 3 days and there is no help from the call center. If you call 10210 you wait for over an hour.
I am sure once you finally get hold of a consultant they will tell you its too late to cancel and the cut off date has past.
