Price jump while ordering

On Sunday morning I was online at the Orange store. I had three tabs open looking at the Nexus 5 and at the LG-G2 phones. The price of the LG-G2 was R5525.00 including a window cover. I decided on the LG but when I went to add it to my basket it had gone from R5525.00 to R6415.00
I wrote an email to orange and recieved the following "I'm sorry to hear about that, regrettably as our website's prices are in constant evolution with the latest offers being updated daily the price of the device is only fixed from the point an order Is made"
So they just change prices anytime and leave their customers feeling like the rug has been pulled from under them! Shame on you Orange, you should change prices overnight or when the site is offline, NOT when customers are busy making purchases!
This says a lot about how you treat your customers and maybe its better I find out how you treat us before I buy from you!
