Okay me again sorry telkom i hate to do it but seems this is only way to get something done okay my ant the number 0116094656 line was lastyear off and agter i have reported it it worked like a week now this number of her is crossline with a comany i have reported many times and my mother as well really it al ready February people and it happen last yeat December 2013 so explain the knowledge to me how does it work and why is it not been fixed. I real hate to be bad thing and report companies but i think this has been long time enough form them to fix it really wake up please. She is old lady that can hardly walk now she is off line now 2 month. To make bad she still have to pay the bill of the phone line and she can't even
Use it... Now that is plain day light... i wonder if i can make use of the consumer act.. So please help or i need to take next step and really do not want to please i asking very nicely please fix the line please
