I am sick and tired of going into your Cresta Store and being kept waiting (normally for about 30 minutes) and then when you eventually get to see someone, nothing happens. I am currently being over charged R130.00 per month and this has been going on for 2 months. On Tuesday, 28 January 2014 I saw Mazwi who informed me that I would receive a sms within 24 hours rectifying the situation. My account still hasn't been rectified and I have tried to phone Mazwi 6 times and sent him 2 sms today (3 February 2014), with no response or answer whatsoever! You need to observe this operation and ensure that it offers decent SERVICE to your customers.
For once and for all, sort your systems out and charge the right prices.
