Phone line off for more than a month

I am writing to complain about Telkom. Since the End of December 2013 my phone line is dead and I cannot receive any calls. I called Telkom numerous times and they still have not sent out a technition to fix the problem. This is not the first time this has happened and there service yet they expect me to pay my month accounts but not have any service.

This is the worst service I have ever received and I hope Telkom get a competitor soon because they.
