I have reported a fault on my Telkom line on the 25/01/2014. To date there was no technician that has come out to resolve the problem. I have a 74 year old mother in law who is alone at home during the day and therefore need the phone to be working at all times. I have reported it 3 times already but there is just no service. They do not understand the urgency of our fault.
