I set up a R100 limit on my account, and my subscription is R220. The consultant made it very clear that i cannot exceed the limit on my account. The took R880 out of my account, without as much as a statement via post or email. When i phoned them, they just said sorry, but the limit was exceeded. Eventhough i set up a limit.
I am furious, i don't earn alot of money, and the money they took off, could feed me for 2 weeks.
. i regret the day i opened an account with them. Their consultants cant do their jobs.
