BAD SERVICE /BAD RESPONSE/ONLY LIP SERVICE

Phone handed in October 2013. Today 3rd February 2014... 4 months later phone still not received. Promises made but never delivered. I was phoned by Cornia secretary of CEO beginning of January promised that phone will be repaired no charge asap. Service and Branch can't / don't want to help. Phone calls / messages never returned. It is now nearly 5 months later and I'm still waiting for my phone, when I handed in my phone was promised will be resolved within 30 days. It is the wort service ever received. I't is pathetic. NASHUA ONLY OFFER LIP SERVICE NOTHING ELSE!!!
