No response to emails for over 2 months

I have an open line contract which I have recently put a limit on cz iv been receiving high bills iv sent emails through to receive my itemised billing which the call centre said I should do over 2 months ago and I still havent received a response I have sent emails through a number of times and I still have not received my itemised billing reports!!!
