Don't Have A Clue

I am so disappointed with Altech Autopage. Monday 27th Jan, went to sort out my upgrade. I was told that they don't have stock of the Blackberry Z10 they had to order for me which will take a few days. Friday 31st I got a call to say that my phone was ready for collection. I got there Sunday 2nd Feb & was told there was no phone for me & wasn't ordered. This is service & I'm very disappointed! If this isn't sorted out by thursday, I will cancel my contract & go somewhere else
