I was not allowed to purchase an xperia z1 even though I am a medical doctor. I was told that, I would need to be put on a Probation period as I was previously on prepaid. It is not acceptable as my family has been with Vodacom for greater partook 10-12 years and for the past year our contracts expired. I would like clarity on how this was possible.
