STILL no connection!!!

Still after more than two weeks have no connection. Also we have no-one phoning us. I phoned again yesterday and the person said it would be connected in one hour! We got an sms to say the amount they took will be deducted AGAIN!!! Wow, Telkom Mobile must be the very worst company on planet earth!!!
