Complete Lack of telephone etiquette

Here I was about to rate Cel C 5 out of 5 and recommend it to my family and fwends for the rapid response when calling their customer care department, Little did I know I would have to speak to a lady who was more focused on eating as opposed to assisting me with my queries. Ive never felt so disgusted in my whole entire life.
Is CelC perhaps not giving their employees any lunch breaks or what really?
