Cell C
New contract requested on 19 Nov, still nothing

On 19 November, our company requested an additional line and port for one of our sales reps to Cell C from Vodacom. It is 31 January and despite continuously trying to contact Thuto we have had very little feedback and not once received the phone.
We have now decided to cancel the request and will remain with vodacom.
