Voicemail Plus Ripoff

I am being billed for something called "Voicemail Plus" which I never use. I asked MTN to furnish me with proof that I requested this service. Obviously they cannot provide this as it does not exist. I still get billed for this every month although I asked for it to be discontinued on numerous occasions.
