Bad Attitude

I feel that I need to speak out about my disappointment on Sunday when I went to Nando's at 11h in the morning. I already waited for 11h to come since the restaurant only opens at 11h. Once I went inside a waitress informed me that they are not open yet. When I asked what time they will be open, she said she doesn't know, probably 11h30.So now I'm supposed to wait another 30 minutes? When I asked why only 11h30 she said they are busy doing 'spring cleaning'.Opening at 11h is already late and I am a regular client at Nando's in Garsfontein road. I didn't like the waitress' attitude when she told me I will have to wait and I didn't like the fact that they open the shop when they want to. If the store says they open at 11h on a Sunday, they should open at 11h. I went there expecting to eat, not wait another 30 minutes. She didnt apologize or even admitted that she was inconveniencing me - which is why I say I didn't like her attitude. I love the food at Nando's, eat there literally every day, but I don't want to go back there. Also, I used to eat at Menlyn Mall's Nando's until I saw cockroaches running around. I did tell the manager. She said they know about it and will fumegate, but they never did.
